The Ymir Estate

It's a lovely evening and you've stumbled across an estate that was previously, to your knowledge, only a pile of stone rubble. Almost overnight, it's been rebuilt stone by stone. Now it stands tall and proud, right on the border between Mor Dhona and Coerthas. The noble responsible for rebuilding the place has made a point to insist it is open for the public. The estate now boasts an extensive library, outdoor gardens, a brew pub, cocktail bar, an indoor bathhouse, a balcony, a fully equipped workshop, a full private suite, and is located next to Ishgardian hotsprings.(The Ymir Estate is an 21+ RP venue. It is primarily unstaffed, and opens at odd hours. Come make yourself at home! Any room marked with "RP" + the company workshop, are all available for RP use.)
